Investigated the water footprint

So that we can consume a glass of orange juice actually it was not only used the liquid containing the glass. To grow, the orange tree needed water , it was also necessary for processes, and bottling the juice. The development of a consumer product such as a plastic bottle , implies a much greater use of water to which we imagine . What we eat in a day, the clothes we wear , the energy we use and all the products that we are in contact water in varying amounts required for the creation, production or generation. Therefore , our team has been proposed to investigate the water footprint of some products and translate it into a mural.

Investigamos la huella hídrica

Para que podamos consumir un vaso de jugo de naranja, en realidad no sólo fue utilizado el líquido que contiene el vaso. Para crecer, el árbol de naranjas necesitó agua, también fue necesaria para los procesos de elaboración, y embotellamiento del jugo. La elaboración de un producto de consumo, como una botella de plástico, implica una utilización de agua mucho mayor a la que nos imaginamos. Lo que comemos en un día, la ropa que usamos, la energía que consumimos y todos los productos con los que estamos en contacto requirieron agua en distintas cantidades para su creación, producción o generación. Por ello, nuestro equipo se ha propuesto a investigar la huella hídrica de algunos productos y plasmarlo en un mural.
